Location: It features a convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the Old town and 900 meters from the gondola lift, set at almost equal distance from the town top center, the ski area and the main road.
Accommodation: The complex with 7 apartments and 5 studios, offering perfect conditions for year-round holidays in the mountains in the ski resort Bansko.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+0: Approximate area is 18ì2 with two single beds, TV set. Maximum capacity – 2 adults. All rooms have a balcony except one.
STUDIO 2+1: Approximately 20/22ì2. Òhere are two single beds and extendable sofa, TV, kitchenette– table with 4 chairs, sink,oven, hob, coffee machine. All studios have a balcony. Maximum capacity is 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 child.
APPARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area is 35 ì2. Apartments dispose of living room with sofa, TV, bedroom, kitchenåtte with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door.  All apartments have a magnificent view of the Pirin Mountains. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.
The premises have no fireplace.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request. The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating of disabled people.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
About the hotel:  The complex offers only accommodation. There is no restaurant. Offers a ski storage for own ski equipment
