Houses PIRIN KAMCHIA *** Kamchia Resort: Kamchia Location: The Kamchia Complex is located about 25 km south of Varna, in one of the most picturesque parts of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast - the mouth of the Kamchia River. Pirin Holiday Village is located in a beautiful oak forest and consists of a hotel part (hotel Pirin) and villas (Houses Pirin). Beach: sandy, about 100 meters from the lowest villas Accommodation: Built and put into operation in 2012, Pirin Holiday village consists of a three-storey hotel (hotel Pirin) and eleven two-storey villas (Houses Pirin) with a total capacity of 250 beds. The village offers great conditions for complete family recreation. The villas offer accommodation in 74 double rooms and in 27 studios. The double rooms are equipped with TV set with satellite television, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee and tea set, spacious balconies with great views and private bathroom with shower, toilet and toiletries and have Wi-Fi internet access. The studios, in addition to the above mentioned, have also a kitchenette with a hob, kettle, mini fridge, dining area and furniture. DBL 2 + 1 VILLAS: Approximate area of 25 sq.m. The double rooms have one double or two single beds and one extendible sofa. Maximum occupancy 3 adults. STUDIO 2 + 2 IN VILLAS: Approximate area of 36 sq.m. The studios have one double or two single beds and extendible sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request. The villas and their adjoining infrastructure are not wheelchair accessible. The villas do not have rooms suitable for disabled people. Pets are not allowed. At the territory of Pirin Holiday village: reception on the ground floor in hotel Pirin, day bar in Pirin Hotel, Wi-Fi internet access throughout the village and a small conference hall in hotel Pirin with a capacity of 25 to 30 people, restaurant on the beach "River, sea and ocean" (former restaurant Crystal). In the park of the Holiday Village there is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section, a relaxation area and a summer bar, a children's playground, a games room, as well as places for recreation and entertainment. There is also a children’s club for the youngest guests.
