Accommodation: In single-bedroom apartments: a twin-bed bedroom
and a living room with a retractable sofa/bed. In two-bedroom
apartment: a twin-bed bedroom, a two single-bed bedroom and a living
room with a retractable sofa/bed.
All apartments are equipped with the following:
1.Kitchen:
cupboards, sink, hot-plate/ceramic if possible/, a hood, a refrigerator or
mini-bar, oven or microwave, electric kettle, cutlery for four or six
persons respectively in studio/ onebedroom apartment and in two-
bedroom apartments, glasses and cups for four or six persons
respectively in studio/ onebedroom apartment and in two-bedroom
apartments, dinner- plates, soup plates and bowls for four and six
persons respectively for studio/onebedroom and twobedroom
apartments, a cutting board, a set of knives, plates drying stand, cutlery
stand, disposal bin, a sauce pan, a frying pan, cooking utensils.
2.Furniture:
Retractable sofa/bed, kitchen table with four chairs, outdoor table with
four chairs, wardrobes, dressing table, cable TV, A/C, clothes drying
stand, pegs, sweep and dust-pan.
3.Bathroom:
Sink, mirror, water-heater, bath tub /if available/, toilet, shower cabin or
shower curtains, toilet accessories, wash basin.
Cleaning of the premises and linen/towels change are every fourth day
starting from the arrival; Toilet paper - once on arrival and every fourth
day starting from the arrival; Soap- once on arrival.
Common premises: Swimming pool; Sun beds; Restaurant and Bar;
Children's playground; Reception; 24-hour security and CCTV
surveillance.
